We need <strong>your<\/strong> support to ensure they are on the ballot paper. The three eligible are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><em>Lights Over Emerald Creek<\/em> by Shelley Davidow<br \/>\neBook, published 28 Feb 2014 by Hague Publishing<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><em>Isis, Vampires and Ghosts &#8211; \u00a0Oh My!<\/em> by Janis Hill<br \/>\neBook, published 30 Aug 2014 by Hague Publishing<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><em>Frontier Resistance<\/em> by Leonie Rogers<br \/>\neBook, published 3 Oct 2014 by Hague Publishing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Please consider nominating any, or all of the above books.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Details on the awards, and on the nomination process follow.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Nominations for the 2015 Australian SF (&#8220;Ditmar&#8221;) awards remain open until one minute before midnight Perth time on\u00a0Sunday, 1st of February, 2015 (ie. 11.59pm, GMT+8). Postal nominations\u00a0must be postmarked no later than Friday, 30th of January, \u00a02015.<\/p>\n<p>The current rules, including Award categories can be found at:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/wiki.sf.org.au\/Ditmar_rules\">http:\/\/wiki.sf.org.au\/Ditmar_rules<\/a><\/p>\n<p>You must include your name with any nomination. Nominations will be<\/p>\n<p>accepted only from natural persons active in fandom, or from full or<br \/>\nsupporting members of Swancon 40, the 2015 Australian National SF<br \/>\nConvention. Where a nominator may not be known to the Ditmar<br \/>\nsubcommittee, the nominator should provide the name of someone known to<br \/>\nthe subcommittee who can vouch for the nominator&#8217;s eligibility.<br \/>\nConvention attendance or membership of an SF club are among the criteria<br \/>\nwhich qualify a person as &#8220;active in fandom&#8221;, but are not the only<br \/>\nqualifying criteria. If in doubt, nominate and mention your qualifying<br \/>\ncriteria. If you received this email directly, you almost certainly qualify.<\/p>\n<p>You may nominate as many times in as many Award categories as you like,<br \/>\nalthough you may only nominate a particular person, work or achievement<br \/>\nonce. The Ditmar subcommittee, which is organised under the auspices the<br \/>\nStanding Committee of the Natcon Business Meeting, will rule on<br \/>\nsituations where eligibility is unclear.
